Projects
Through its Projects Sub Committee, EVCOA has provided:
 
  1. “Survival kits” to Paz de Cristo for homeless seniors
  2. Donated transfer board to senior with no insurance
  3. Yard work for senior home owners who could not afford to hire help and had fallen into violation with the city, among others. 
  4. $500 to Non Profit Walk A Mile in My Shoes (WAMMS)Flip Flops for the Homeless
  5. Donated 30 box fans for low income housing residents at Page Common
  6. 2016 presented 500 Certificates of Appreciation to Veterans living in senior communities
   7. 2017 $500 to Dignity Health Self Management Chronic Disease Workshops
       $300 to WAMMS for Flip Flops for the homeless
 
The Projects Sub Committee is unfunded again and limited on active initiatives but continues to identify and address needs in the community
